Ingredients

  • 200 g - string beans
  • 1 - small cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 2 - onions, chopped finely
  • A few - curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander power
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Beans And Cauliflower In Tomato Curry

  • Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
  • When they splutter add the curry leaves and onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Add the tomatoes, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger paste and garlic paste and saute for a few mins
  • Now add the beans and cauliflower and mix well. Add half cup water and stir.
  • Cook on low heat for a few minutes till the beans and cauliflower are cooked.
