  • 2 tbsp - moong dhal
  • 4 - red chilli broken into bits
  • 1/4 kg - green beans
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 6 - curry leaves
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Beans And Moong Dal Stir Fry

  • Chop the beans into fine pieces.
  • Cook the beans and moong dhal with the turmeric powder and salt in a little water till the beans are tender.
  • Heat the oil in a suitable pan and add mustard seeds.
  • When it splutters, add the curry leaves and broken red chilli and fry till the chilli turn slightly dark.
  • Now add the cooked beans and dhal and stir fry for a few minutes.
  • Serve.
