Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Beef, undercut cut meat and wash
  • To grind:
  • 6 cloves - Garlic
  • 1/2 inch - Turmeric
  • 1 tsp - Jeera/ cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - Coriander/ dhania
  • 8 - Dry red chillies
  • 1 - Medium onion
  • 5 gms - Salt
  • 1 cup - Curds
  • 1/2 - Medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee
  • 200 gms - Potatoes, boiled

How to Make Beef Curry with Curds

  • Marinate the meat with salt, curds and ground masala for half an hour.
  • Fry onion, with ghee and add the meat and cook.
  • Add boiling water to the curry and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add boiled cubed potatoes and salt.
