Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - beef (cooked with salt and turmeric powder, and cut it into thin strips)
  • 2 tbsp - maida
  • 2 tbsp - cornflour
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • Red colour, a pinch
  • 2 - onions (sliced)
  • 1 - capsicum (sliced)
  • 2 - green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Beef dragon

  • Add maida, cornflour, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, red food colour in a bowl to make a smooth paste adding a little water if needed.
  • Mix it with the cooked beef and deep fry.
  • In a pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic, green chilli, onion, capsicum, and saute well.
  • Then add the fried beef and add soya sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder and salt and remove from heat.
