  • 500 gms - beef
  • 2 tbsp - ghee
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 6 flakes - garlic
  • 2 inch - ginger
  • 6 - green chillies
  • 200 gms - onions
  • 200 gms - potatoes
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar

How to Make Beef Steak East Indian Style

  • Cut meat into slices and flatten on a grinding stone.
  • Apply salt and pepper powder to the meat and fry till golden brown.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of ghee and fry the minced masala.
  • Then add the meat and enough water and cook till tender.
  • Cut potatoes into round slices and fry. Add this to the meat.
  • Finally, add 2 tbsp of vinegar.
