  • 1 kg - Beef
  • 5 - Onions, chopped thick
  • 5 - Black pepper - 5
  • long - 5
  • cinnamon - 2 sticks
  • black cardamom - 2
  • haldi - 1 pinch
  • dry red chillies - 7
  • dry dhaniya - 1 tsp
  • salt as you wish

How to Make Beef Stew

  • Heat oil and add beef, onions and all the above ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
  • When the water from the onions and beef dries up, stir it until the oil separates.
  • Serve hot with rice or chapattis.
