Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken
  • 1 tbsp - ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp - garlic paste
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 tbsp - turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 6 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1 liter - beer
  • 2 tsp - chicken masala
  • salt to taste

How to Make Beer Chicken

  • Mix all the above ingredients (except beer and onions) and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • In a pan, heat oil and fry the onions.
  • Take the chicken from the fridge and put it in the pan.
  • Cook on low heat.
  • After 5 mins, add chicken masala powder and close the lid.
  • When it is about to boil, add beer and boil for 4 to 5 mins.
  • Now the beer chicken is ready to eat.
