  • 1- beetroot
  • 1 - onion (medium-size)
  • A few springs of coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup - curd
  • Oil for tempering
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 2 - red chillies
  • Curry leaves

How to Make Beetroot onion Raita

  • Beat the curd.
  • Add grated beetroot & chopped onions to it.
  • Add salt & sugar to taste.
  • Temper with mustard seeds, red chillies and coriander leaves roasted in oil.
  • Serve with chapatti or jowar roti.
