  • 6 - large bananas
  • 1/2 kg - white bread
  • 1 - coconut
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - almonds
  • 2 tbsp - plums
  • 1/2 tsp - nutmeg powder
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • 3 - eggs

How to Make Beginners Banana Pudding

  • Scrape the coconut and extract as much juice as you need.
  • Clean the plums and cut into smaller pieces.
  • Blanche the almonds and cut into thin, long strips.
  • Remove the crust from the bread slices, mix with the coconut juice and mash.
  • Peel the bananas and mash the pulp. Mix with the bread mash.
  • Mix in all the other ingredients and blend thoroughly.
  • Keep the batter sufficiently thick.
  • Pour the batter in a butter dish and bake in an oven.
  • Baste the top with butter.
  • Prick a knife or a skewer into the pudding and pull it out. If no batter sticks to it, the pudding is ready
