  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Egg -2
  • Bread pieces - 4 cups
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
  • Kismis - 1 tsp
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence - 2 drops

How to Make Beginners Bread Pudding

  • Beat milk, egg and sugar.
  • Put the bread pieces into it and add fried cashew nuts and kismis in ghee.
  • If required, add a little vanilla essence.
  • Smear ghee in a medium sized bowl and empty this mixture into it.
  • Keep the lid closed and steam for 15 mins.
