Ingredients

  • Fried moong dal - 1 cup
  • Fried and salted groundnut - 1/2 cup
  • Onion - 1 (medium size, finely chopped)
  • Carrot - 1 (small, grated)
  • Lemon - 1/2
  • Sev - 1/2 cup
  • Chat masala - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Bele Masala

  • Mix the fried moong dal, groundnut, onion and grated carrot.
  • Sprinkle salt, chat masala and red chilli powder.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Top the mixture with sev and garnish with coriander leaves.
