Ingredients

  • Bell peppers - 3
  • Onion - 1
  • Urad dal - 1 tsp
  • Mustard seed - 1 tsp
  • Garlic flakes - 3
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Dry coconut powder - 3 tsp
  • Roasted channa dal powder - 4 tbsp
  • Oil - 5 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Bell Pepper Fry

  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and add urad dal.
  • Now add onions and garlic flakes and fry till golden brown.
  • Add chopped bell pepper, salt, chilli powder, turmeric and mix.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and after 7 - 8 mins add in the coconut powder and puffed channa dal powder and fry on medium heat until golden brown.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve.
