  • 1 bundle - green methi
  • 2 tbsp - besan (gram flour)
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder

How to Make Besan methi

  • Chop the green methi leaves finely.
  • Heat a pan, put a little oil in it and roast the besan. Transfer to a plate.
  • Then pour oil in the pan and saute the chopped onions.
  • When the onions turn golden, put in tomatoes and all the masalas and fry for a while.
  • Then put the green methi leaves. Cover and cook it.
  • When the methi is half done, sprinkle the roasted besan over it and cook for a while.
