Ingredients

  • 8 - eggs
  • 3 tbsp - potato straws
  • 4 tbsp - butter
  • 3 - medium sized onions
  • ½ cup - milk
  • 8 to 10 - almonds
  • 1 tbsp - raisins
  • salt to taste

How to Make Bharoochi Akoori

  • In a non-stick pan, melt the butter.
  • Add finely sliced onions till transparent.
  • Meanwhile beat the eggs, milk and salt.
  • Add this mixture to the onions, cook on a low flame, stirring till the eggs are scrambled.
  • Now mix the potato straws, almonds and raisins.
  • Remove from the gas.
  • Serve with toasted slices of bread.
