Ingredients

  • 1 ball - Soft dough
  • 1 tbsp - bikaneri bhujiya
  • 1 pinch - red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch - coriander powder
  • 1 pinch - chat masala
  • 1 pinch- garam masala
  • 1 pinch - salt
  • 1 tsp -oil

How to Make Bhujiya Ka Paratha

  • Roll out the ball of dough a little bit.
  • Place the filling (bhujiya and all the other spices) in the centre.
  • Wrap up to make a ball again and roll it out into a circle of medium thickness.
  • Fry it on a tava or non-stick pan using a little oil on both sides. Serve hot with butter and curd.
