  • 750 gms. lamb shin
  • ½ spoon dried coriander
  • ¼ tsp. Black pepper
  • 1 small bark of cinnamon
  • 5 minced onions
  • 5 minced tomatoes
  • 4 cardamom cloves
  • 5 clove seeds
  • 3 cups Basmati Rice
  • 100 gms. butter
  • Few pinenuts
  • Few almonds
  • Dried red grapes
  • 1 cup yoghurt

How to Make Biryani Rice with Meat & Veggies

  • Put butter in a pan and fry the onions until golden. Add meat and season.
  • Toss and turn until meat is evenly golden.
  • Add tomatoes and cover with water and cook on low heat.
  • Fry in butter, dried grapes, pine nuts and almonds in a small pan until golden. Set aside.
  • Add washed rice to meat and cook for half and hour.
  • Serve the rice warm with yoghurt and garnish it with almonds, pine nuts and dried grapes.
