  • 8 slices - bread
  • 4 tbsp - butter
  • 2 hardboiled eggs chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 2 tbsp - grated cheese

How to Make Boiled Egg & Cheese Sandwiches

  • Mix cheese, chopped boiled eggs, pepper and salt together.
  • Spread butter on one side of all the slices of bread.
  • Divide the filling into four parts and place on four slices of bread.
  • Cover with the remaining slices.
