Apply 50 g of butter to the chicken pieces and cook in Microwave oven for 5 minutes on high. Mix in a separate bowl all ingredients except fresh cream and coriander. Add chicken pieces in the above mixture.
Cook in Microwave for 7 minutes and stir.
Cook in microwave for another 6 minutes and stir.
Add cream and cook in microwave for 2 minutes.
Garnish with green coriander.
