Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - boneless chicken
  • Marinade for chicken:
  • 4 tbsp - yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - garlic-ginger paste
  • 1.5 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/4 - garam masala
  • 1 tbsp - lime juice
  • Salt
  • For the gravy:
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - tomato puree
  • 1/2 - tomato
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - butter

How to Make Boneless Chicken tikka masala

  • Marinate the chicken with above ingredients for 1 hour and grill for 20 minutes.
  • In a pot, add butter and saute ginger-garlic paste.
  • Add onion and saute till brown.
  • Add tomato and tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
  • Add all the spice powders and the chicken and kasuri methi.
  • Adjust the salt, add milk and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
