  • 500 g - boneless chicken cubes
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic chopped
  • 750 g - okra
  • 3 - large onions
  • 3 - tomatoes
  • 2 - green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed red chillies
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - chaat masala
  • 3 cups - oil to fry okra.

How to Make Boneless chicken with okra

  • Take a non - stick pan, pour in 1/4 cup oil, add garlic and fry for a few mins, add chicken and fry in a medium flame for 2 mins.
  • Add green chillies, tomatoes, salt, crushed dry red chillies, turmeric, red chilli powder and fry well with 4 tbsp water.
  • Cover, cook on a medium flame for 2 more mins till tomatoes dry and oil separates; take off from flame.
  • Deep fry okra on high flame. When it is no longer sticky, take out and drain.
  • Now add okra into the chicken with onions and mix.
  • Partially cover dish and cook on medium flame for a few mins, add lemon juice, chaat masala, and coriander leaves.
  • Mix and keep on very low flame for 4 to 5 mins. Serve.
