Ingredients

  • 2 cups - thick curds
  • 1 cup - boondhi
  • 3 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 string - curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • salt for taste

How to Make Boondhi Raitha

  • Soak boondhi in cold water for a minute.
  • Beat curd till thick and creamy.
  • Squeeze boondhi and add to curd.
  • Add cut green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder and cumin powder.
  • Serve as a side dish.
