Ingredients

  • 100 g - Boondi
  • 3 - Medium Onions
  • Garlic, Chopped
  • Ginger
  • Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp- Vegetable Oil
  • Pepper
  • Red chilli Powder
  • Cardamom
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Cassia
  • Salt
  • Fresh Mint Leaves to Garnish

How to Make Boondi Vegetable

  • In a heavy bottomed pan pour vegetable oil.
  • Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, garlic, ginger and cassia.
  • Fry for two minutes.
  • Make a paste of all spices.
  • Mix well and fry till it leaves oil.
  • Add tomato and salt and fry.
  • Add boondi and cover the pan for 5 minutes on low heat.
  • Garnish with chopped mint leaves and serve hot with paratha.
