Ingredients

  • 1 - Lamb brain
  • 3-4 - Green Chilli
  • 1/4 of a bunch - Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 tbsp - Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 tbsp - Spices (powder)
  • 4 tbsp - Oil or Ghee
  • 1 - Small Onion
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup - water

How to Make Brain Fry (Hyderabadi Style)

  • Clean brain properly & cut into small pieces.
  • Grind green chilli & coriander leaves together to form a paste.
  • Chop onion very finely.
  • Heat ghee or oil in a pan and add onion.
  • When it becomes brown add ginger-garlic paste.
  • After 2 minutes, add brain pieces & the ground green chilli paste.
  • Add salt & spice powder.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water and fry for 15 - 20 minutes on medium flame so that the water dries out.
  • Serve hot with hot parathas for breakfast.
