Ingredients

  • White bread slices
  • 2 cups - semolina
  • 1 cup - natural yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp - milk cream
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • Onions (finely chopped)
  • Tomato (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • Spring onion (finely chopped)
  • Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • Coriander (finely chopped)
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Bread and Semolina Pizza

  • Cut the corners of all bread slices. Mix all the ingredients together and make a smooth paste add some water if needed. Put a griddle on medium flame heat little oil.
  • Spread this batter on each bread slice and shallow fry them.
  • Then cut each into 4 small pieces.
  • Serve with sauce or green chutney.
