  • Bread slices - 10
  • Besan -1 cup
  • Coriander leaves - a bunch
  • Green chillies - 4
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • water

How to Make Bread bajji

  • Cut the coriander leaves and green chillies to fine pieces.
  • Make a batter of the besan with water and add the cut coriander leaves and green chillies to it.
  • Add the required amount of salt to it.
  • Cut each bread slice into 2 triangles.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • When the oil is hot enough, dip each bread triangle into the batter and deep fry it.
  • Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
