Ingredients

  • 4 Slices - bread
  • 1 cup - channa dal
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - coriander powder
  • salt to taste.
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Bread Besan Bajji

  • Make paste of channa dal by adding some water and mix salt, chilli, coriander powder and some coriander leaves for taste.
  • Cut bread into four pieces and dip them in channa dal paste and deep fry until golden brown.
  • Serve them with some hot sauce or ketchup.
