Ingredients

  • 5-6 slices - bread
  • 1/2 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 1/2 bunch - mint
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • Cumin powder
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 2 flakes - garlic
  • A small piece ginger
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Bread Hariyali

  • Grind coriander, mint and tomatoes together.
  • Grind ginger and garlic together.
  • Cut bread slices into small squares.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry onion till golden brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away.
  • Now add the ground green paste and again saute till raw smell goes away.
  • Add small squares of bread and mix well.
  • Serve with tomato sauce.
