  • Bread Slices-5-6
  • 1 Onion, finely sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes finely sliced
  • 1 tsp - Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Oil
  • 2-3 tsp - Salt to Taste
  • Coriander Leaves - A few

How to Make Bread Masala

  • Cut the bread slices into small cubes and keep it aside.
  • In a kadai, pour oil and heat it.
  • Add onion and saute it.
  • Then add tomato, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Then add bread cubes and sprinkle a little water, so that the bread and masala mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
