  • 2 slices - bread
  • 1/2 litre - milk
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • 3 tsp - sugar to caramelize
  • 1.5 tsp -custard powder
  • 1/2 -tbsp milk (to mix custard)

How to Make Bread Pudding in a swift

  • Crumble bread and soak in milk.
  • Boil and keep stirring on medium heat to blend.
  • When they blend well, add custard powder mixed with 1/2 tbsp milk and stir well.
  • Cook the mixture and keep stirring.
  • When it becomes very thick, add sugar to it and stir and mix well.
  • In another pan, caramelise sugar and cool the pan
  • Pour the thick mixture into the caramelised pan and cool the mixture.
  • Then refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight and serve chilled.
