Ingredients

  • Bread - 4 slices
  • milk - 1/2 liter
  • cardamom - 2
  • sugar free -20 gm
  • pista - coarsely chopped

How to Make Bread Ras Malai

  • Boil the milk and add sugar free and cardamom.
  • Boil it for 1 more minute.
  • Bring it to the room temperature and chill it in the fridge.
  • Cut the corners of the bread and toast it slightly.
  • Place the toasted bread in a bowl, pour the milk on it and keep it in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours.
  • While serving sprinkle the chopped pista and serve it chilled.
