  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Instant dry yeast - 3 tsp
  • Seasoning powder - 2 tsp
  • Warm milk - 1/2cup

How to Make Bread Sticks

  • Prepare a soft dough with all the ingredients. Knead till smooth.
  • Keep covered in a draft free area till dough is double in volume. Knead again.
  • Take small portions and roll them to form tubes.
  • Arrange on a greased baking tray.
  • Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
  • Bake the bread sticks for about 20 mins till crisp and golden.
