  • 10 slices - bread
  • 1 big - onion
  • 1 small piece - ginger, chopped
  • 2 - eggs
  • A little oil to fry
  • 1 pinch - red pepper
  • Turmeric
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Bread Upama

  • Break bread into really small pieces.
  • Put little oil in a pan. Add lightly chopped onions, chopped ginger, a pinch of red pepper, turmeric and salt into it.
  • Break two eggs into it.
  • Scramble and add bread pieces.
  • Sprinkle 2 tsp of water onto it.
  • Mix everything and serve hot with tea for breakfast.
