Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup - chopped spring onion
  • 1/2 cup - grated paneer
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 1/4 cup - chopped mushrooms
  • 6 - eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Breakfast Scramble

  • Beat the eggs lightly and mix with milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick fry pan.
  • Saute all the vegetables and paneer.
  • Add the egg mixture to it and keep stirring till the eggs are scrambled and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with toast or rolls.
