Ingredients

  • 2-3 -brinjals
  • 5- 6- red chillies
  • 1 tsp- tamarind liquid
  • salt
  • 1tsp- jeera
  • 10-12tsp -oil
  • 1/2tsp -mustard,
  • 1/2tsp- turmeric,
  • curry leaves

How to Make Brinjal Chutney

  • Fry brinjals, red chillies, jeera in oil for 10 - 15 minutes in medium heat or until the colour of brinjal changes.
  • Grind them when it is cool, add salt and the seasoning.
  • Heat 1 tsp oil add mustards, turmeric, curry leaves to it.
  • Your chutney is ready.
  • Serve this chutney with pao or paratha or fried rice.
