  • 1 cup - Cooked broccoli florets,
  • 2 tsp - Butter
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 2 tsp - Plain flour
  • 4 tsp - Shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Broccoli Au Gratin

  • Melt the butter in a suitable pan, add the flour and roast for a couple of minutes.
  • Gradually add the milk stirring all the time till the butter and milk are combined well.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the grated cheese and broccoli.
  • Pour in a baking dish or casserole dish.
  • Bake at 325 degrees F for about 5-6 minutes, till slightly brown on top.
  • Serve hot.
