Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets - 2-3
  • Potato - 1
  • Onion medium - 1
  • Carrots - 2
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
  • Ginger - a small piece
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Cloves - 3
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper -1/2
  • Lime juice - as per taste.

How to Make Broccoli, carrot, and potato soup

  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil and saute chopped onions on low flame.
  • Add chopped carrot and saute.
  • Then add potatoes, broccoli florets, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.
  • Fry for a while, add water and salt, and let it cook.
  • Add black pepper powder, and let veggies cook until tender, and then take it off the flame.
  • Cool and grind to smooth paste. Add water if it's very thick.
  • Check for salt and then add lime juice as per taste.
  • Serve.
