Ingredients

  • 1 - broccoli
  • 1/2 - celery, cut into small pieces, washed
  • 1 inch - ginger, cut in small pieces
  • 1 or 2 flakes - garlic
  • 1 - potato
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 small piece - cinnamon stick
  • 1 or 2 - cloves
  • 2 or 3 - green chillies
  • 1 - onion, cut finely

How to Make Broccoli Vegetable Soup

  • First cut all the vegetables into small pieces (you can add vegetables of your choice too). Put some oil in a pan. Fry cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, and cloves.
  • Add onions, garlic, and ginger.
  • Fry for 2 minutes and then add the vegetables.
  • Fry for another 2 minutes and then add water.
  • Let it boil and add salt to taste.
  • Cook for at least 15-20 minutes.
  • Once the vegetables are cooked, switch off the stove. Let it cool.
  • Once it's cool, blend it in a mixer.
  • Put the mixture in a pan and boil it for another 5 minutes.
  • You can add ghee or butter to add flavor or even 1 tbsp of milk.
  • Do not add too much though since it will change the color.
  • Add pepper powder and salt if needed.
  • Enjoy your broccoli soup.
