  • 1 tender chicken
  • 55 gms. mushrooms(kohlrabi or bamboo shoots)
  • 1 flake garlic
  • 15 gms. sugar
  • 50 ml. soya sauce
  • 15 gms. ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil to saute

How to Make Broiled Chicken

  • Clean chicken. Rub over with salt, pepper and soya sauce.
  • Set aside. Chop mushrooms, ginger, garlic, and mushrooms.
  • Heat oil. Fry garlic and ginger. Add the chopped vegetables.
  • Cook on a slow fire. When cooked, remove and cool.
  • Stuff chicken with prepared mixture.
  • Fry chicken in oil in a deep pan turning over till chicken is evenly browned.
  • Cover pan and let it cook slowly, adding water from time to time, if needed.
