Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • 1 tsp - ground pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 - onions (chopped finely)

How to Make Butter Fried Rice

  • Heat butter in a pan and saute the onions till golden brown.
  • Add the cooked rice, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Garnish with fried onions if desired.
