  • 1 - baked 9" tart shell or 12" flan case
  • 1 cup - Butter
  • 1 tin - Condensed milk
  • 1 cup - Brown sugar
  • Few walnut halves
  • Cream for garnishing

How to Make Butterscotch Pie

  • In a heavy pan, combine condensed milk, sugar and butter, and melt over low heat, until sugar dissolves.
  • Keep stirring and let it boil until thick for about 10 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into the baked pie shell.
    Garnish with cream and walnuts.
