  • 1 - Medium cabbage, shredded roughly
  • 2 - Onions, chopped finely
  • 3 tsp - Plain flour
  • 1 tsp - Chopped ginger
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp - Cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Sesame/ Til seeds
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Cabbage Bake

  • Mix all the above ingredients well together in a suitable bowl.
  • Pour the mixture in a greased baking dish or casserole.
  • Press lightly to spread into an even layer.
  • Sprinkle the sesame seeds/ til seeds on top.
  • Bake in a moderate oven until the top is crisp and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and serve warm.
