Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cabbage
  • 1 - capsicum
  • 3 - green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp - ginger (chopped)
  • 1tsp - garlic (chopped)
  • 1 big - onion (sliced)
  • 1 big - tomato (sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup - cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Cabbage capsicum masala

  • Heat oil in a kadai, and saute ginger, garlic, and chillies.
  • Add onion and saute for a minute, and then add all the powders.
  • Add the cabbage and capsicum and cook with the lid on for a few minutes.
  • Remove the lid, add the tomatoes and salt, and saute.
  • Garnish with cilantro.
