Ingredients

  • 200g - cabbage, finely cut
  • 2 tbsp - crushed garlic
  • 1 - onion, finely cut
  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - cut coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup - oil

How to Make Cabbage Junaka

  • Heat oil in a kadai. When hot, add garlic and onion, and fry them until they are pink.
  • Add cabbage and fry again till brown and add all the masalas.
  • Add salt and stir fry.
  • Add a little water.
  • When cabbage is cooked, add gram flour and mix well.
  • Cover for 10 minutes on a slow flame and let it cook.
  • Add coriander leaves and serve with roti.
