Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cabbage
  • 3 tbsp - rice flour
  • 3 tbsp - besan
  • Salt as needed
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - asafoetida
  • Curry leaves few
  • Oil for Deep Frying
  • 1tsp - butter

How to Make Cabbage Pakoda

  • Mix all the ingredients, except oil. Sprinkle little water to it and mix it well.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan in medium flame.
  • Make the pakoda mixture into small balls and Deep Fried in the oil, till golden brown.
  • Drain excess oil using kitchen towel.
