Ingredients

  • 250 g - shredded cabbage leaves
  • 100 g - sprouted moong
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - coriander cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • Oil for cooking
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves

How to Make Cabbage Sprouts

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped onions and when they turn brown, add tomato puree
  • Add salt, all the spices, mix well till bubbles are formed
  • Add the shredded cabbage, sprouts and coriander leaves
  • Mix well, cover with lid and cook till tender. Add water if required.
