  • 1/2 - cabbage
  • 1 tbsp - mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2
  • 1 large - onion

How to Make Cabbage stir fry

  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard
  • Add chopped onions and fry till they are golden brown in colour.
  • Add coriander, chilli and turmeric powder and fry till they are well cooked.
  • Add chopped cabbage to it and mix it all in the pan.
  • Cook for some time till the cabbage leaves are fried well.
  • Add coriander leaves and fry again.
  • Finally add water and cook for sometime.
