Ingredients

  • 100 g - coconut, grated
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 2 - spring onions, chopped
  • 1 - cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 3 - red chillies
  • 5 - curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Cabbage with Coconut

  • In a dish heat oil, add mustard seeds, red chilli and curry leaves, and microwave, covered, on high for 2 minutes.
  • Grind the coconut, green chilli and spring onions to a paste and cook on high for 2 minutes.
  • Add the cabbage and microwave on power 70 for 8 minutes, till the cabbage is cooked.
  • Serve garnished with chopped coriander.
