Ingredients

  • Cannellini beans - 1 can
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Feta cheese - 2 tbsp
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Cannellini beans

  • Drain and wash the cannellini beans. Heat a pan with olive oil.
  • Add all the ingredients except the cheese.
  • Allow this to sit on the pan on medium heat till all the spices blend together.
  • Care should be taken while handling the beans as they are very soft and tend to become mushy.
  • Remove from heat and add cheese and serve.
