  • 2 cups - milk
  • 1 cup - plain vanilla or French vanilla ice cream
  • 3-4 tsp - sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp - almond powder

How to Make Cantaloupe Milk Shake

  • Blend the cantaloupe pieces to prepare a smooth pulp.
  • Add milk, sugar, cardamom powder, almond powder and blend again for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add ice cream and whip for 1 minute, adding 1-2 ice cubes.
  • Serve chilled.
