Ingredients

  • 500 gm - chicken
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 2 inches - ginger
  • 6 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tsp - tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp - vinegar
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 250gm - capsicum
  • 3 - onions

How to Make Capsicum chicken masala

  • Take chicken in a thick bottomed vessel.
  • Add salt and turmeric. Cover and cook for 15 min.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and add diced onion. Fry for 2 mins.
  • Add slit green chillies, ginger garlic paste, salt and turmeric.
  • Add diced capsicum and fry for 2 mins.
  • Add sauces and chicken and cook for 5 mins.
  • Garnish with shredded cabbage.
